Fruit Poison

Not only do apple seeds contain cyanogens, precursors to cyanide, but peach pits, almond skins, citrus fruits and some berrys contain them aswell.

Actually… – That’s only with fruits that are sprayed with pestiscides. Organic seeds are perfectly safe

Duh – Even though they do contain cyanide, there’s not enough to kill you. If you eat all of the seeds in an apple, you CAN get a bit of a tummy ache, but nothing more. You would have to eat hunderds of apple seeds to die from it. How do you think we got cyanide in the first place?

apple seeds – beleive it or not, the seeds from one apple may not kill you, however if an average sized man eats 1 liter worth, he can die, another thing you might not know is that bamboo has the most concentrated amount of natrually occurring cyanide, however, when you cook it, it becomes safe to eat………….another slightly random thing is that in many countries, they use arsenic to flavor bottled water
