If the goverment passed a law that all the outdoor lighting in the united states had to be provided by low pressure sodium light bulbs, then they would save enough money to pay for evey college students tuition.

    the facts – it says all outdoor lighting so if it is ALL outdoor lighting it couldn’t be made a law b/c for a law to be able to be made it has to be ENFORCEABLE. I’m sure cops will want to patrol every house and see the lights they use and hand out tickets for light bulbs. Not.
