More specifically – There are two (or more). The blue-footed booby and the brown-footed booby.

plus.. – they’re actually seabirds, and there’s heaps of differnt species, mostly pretty drab, though. We have them in NZ, too.

boobie birds dont have colored beaks, its feet! – theire feet are usually the colored part of their body, hence the name the blue footed boobie, and brown footed boobie, which can be found on the galapagos islands, however there are many varieties, so i might be calling you on something youre right on
