It is against the law in Texas, NJ, Iowa, and 25 other states for gay men to have sex of any kind. The result of a man having sex with another man is punishable by fines and up to 6 months in jail. it is, however, LEGAL for a male in Texas to have sex with his sheep.

mew – oh that’s got to be bullshit right there! I know plenty of gay men and they have sex, whether it be oral or not, and they’re not in jail or been fined! I’d like to see the source of this in NJ too!

idk about that – That’s like over half of the united states right there, and it’s saying that it’s illegal for gay men to have sex of any kind?? (someone korrect me if I’m wrong), but anyways it’s nasty for gay ppl to be fucking anyways if u ask me, and it’s a sin to be gay.
