Almost – Ostriches will, however, lay their heads down ON the sand in an attempt to make themselves less visible.

Mari, get a life…seriously. The fact abouth the ostrich is true – Mari, do u really think that the Simpsons are real? If u do u really watch way too much kartoons. I think u need to start watching reality shows or something. Anyways, that besides the point I just had to say that, ostriches do bury thier heads in the sand, I read that on Nat’l Geo.
