  1. Not even close. – The lowest point on Earth is the Marianas trench, located in the western Pacific. It is 37,720 feet (11,500 meters) below sea level.

  2. UNfortunately – Unfortunately, the Dead Sea is shrinking at an alrming rate. The Israeli government cut off all of it’s sources of water, so it is constantly evaporating.
    At one point I lived 28 km from the Dead Sea, so I know a lot about it
